Please be advised that this FSM application form is only for parents who are not already on the school system and who meet the criteria. If you're already registered do not duplicate your application!
If your circumstances change also/newly eligible parent, and you are receiving benefit entitlement, check out the FSM application form section. PLEASE LET SCHOOL KNOW - IT'S VERY IMPORTANT!
If you have any queries regarding the FSM application form, please email office@st-bernards.bham.sch.uk and the school office (Mrs McBride) will respond accordingly (Monday-Friday 9am-3pm).
