    FLU VACCINATION FORMS RETURNED

    Please make sure you send back your child's FLU VACCINATION forms. These forms get picked up tomorrow by the school nurse.

    You received NHS forms regarding flu vaccination recently. Most of these forms have been returned but if haven't sent it back in then PLEASE DO SO BY TOMORROW MORNING (Wednesday 6th November 2019).
