All the children returned safe and sound after a WONDERFUL and EXHILIRATING few days at WHITEMOOR LAKES. The children were an absolute credit to the school and wider community.
A BIG thank you to the STAFF team and staff who worked exceptionally hard behind the scenes to make this event happen. Months of planning and preparation to make sure the children had a memorable experience and CREATE MEMORIES FOR LIFE!
Thank you to the school office admin team with Mrs. 'Whitemoor' Asson & co assisting parents and chasing up pupil information. So much that goes on (that is not seen) getting this event planned safely.
BIG thank you to the residential 24/7 St. Bernard's staff team: Mr. 'zip-wire' Foley, Mr. 'archery' Vinti, Mr. 'camp-fire' Breslin, Mr. 'high-ropes' Snape, Mrs. 'abseil' Kendrick and Mrs. 'engarde' White' - all spending valuable time away from family to make sure the Y6 children were safe, cared for and supervised accordingly.
They made sure the children were actively engaged, happy and content. Certainly not easy to make sure 59 children are cared for 24/7.
THANK YOU STAFF. The children needed that experience and it is very much appreciated.
