The school had a humbling FATHER HUDSON'S CARE assembly this week - it was a presentation all about the HOMELESS, the FRIENDLESS and what we can do as a school family to continue to MAKE a DIFFERENCE.
Margot from Father Hudson's Care led a very informative assembly. It was quite a humbling experience journeying with individuals who have been helped and touched by support given by the Father Hudson's care community.
St. Bernard's KS2 children have been asked to make a DIFFERENCE. They have been handed donation envelopes from the school Chaplaincy team, with the MESSAGE of LENTEN GIVING in their hearts.
Any coins donated will be added to the school family collection and handed over to FATHER HUDSON'S CARE. Every penny counts!
Father Hudson's Care help the homeless, the elderly and the hungry.
