Part of our proposed plans for our steady, slow and cautious reopening for certain YEAR GROUPS commences MONDAY 15th JUNE - however you MUST let us know by 3pm today.
We are doing our very best to KEEP YOU IN THE PICTURE so you know what's happening.
We are looking to start YEAR 1 and ANY NEW ADDITIONS from Reception and Year 6 - thank you if you have notified us already (via phone call/email) - your child will now be on the confirmed list to start MONDAY 15th June.
The DEADLINE is 3pm today - Monday 8th June - this gives us the required notice of 1 week.
Why do we need this notice? IT'S VITALLY IMPORTANT...
It helps us manage and organise new 'social distancing group bubbles'. It helps us organise new staff timetables. It helps us organise and set-up new designated areas of the school environment for new children and bubbles. It helps us set up designated cleaning stations in different environments in preparation for new groups. Kitchen staff need to order food accordingly. It helps us organise appropriate staff PPE provision to certain new areas - gloves, masks, first aid aprons and shields. It helps us manage and timetable movement around the environment - staggered breaks/lunches. It helps us do our best to keep staff and children as safe as can be under the circumstances.
DO NOT SIMPLY TURN UP BECAUSE THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Help us to help everyone on the school site and NOTIFY US.
Again, the DEADLINE is 3pm today for NEW CHILDREN ON THE SCHOOL SITE - commencing Monday 15th June 2020.
