    • KIDZONE & KEY WORKER ANNOUNCEMENT
      KIDZONE want you to know that they will NOT be using the St. Bernard's site from Monday 23rd March 2020.
    • KEY WORKER PROVISION - 8.50am to 3.15pm
      We have notified you already that KEY WORKER child PROVISION will take place for a small amount of children (GOVERNMENT - essential key workers) because the GOVERNMENT has asked schools to do this.
    • Y5 ALTON CASTLE 2020
      Mr O'Leary held a meeting recently about the Year 5 residential and he stated it was 'a possibility that it might not go ahead' - this decision has now been taken.
    • KEY WORKER PROVISION - 8.50am to 3.15pm
      Please note that your child can wear their school uniform during our school provision (ESSENTIAL KEY WORKER provision).
    • MOTHERS' DAY GIFT SALE
      Our WONDERFUL PTA are having a GIFT SALE today BUT it is NOT a sale! The PTA have decided to let children choose some GIFTS to take home FREE OF CHARGE.
    • LEARNING - YEAR 6 NEWS
      The GOVERNMENT announced that tests for Year 6 will not take place (note also that all primary school TESTS will not take place - phonics/KS1).
    • CORRESPONDENCE with SCHOOL
      Our office staff are working very hard to answer your calls but please be patient because understandably schools across the country will be inundated with concerned parents.
    • SPREAD the MOBILE APP NEWS
      We have 498 mobile phone downloads of the St. Bernard's Catholic Primary School ('free mobile app') and it's important to keep you in contact and keep you in the school loop - this is especially important because of the current situation.
    • THANK YOU PTA
      The PTA have left the building after a WONDERFUL GESTURE of KINDNESS. We'd like to THANK EVERY PARENT who turned up to spread a little happiness today and hand out gifts.

      It's the in the post YEAR 6 so look out for your learning sheet and individual login codes. We have posted out information this evening for all the Year 6 children who have not been in school this week (due to the current coronavirus health crisis).
