• STAY INDOORS, STAY SAFE, STAY STRONG!
  We hope you watched the WWW for 10am Mass. It was broadcast from Ambrose Barlow Catholic Church. A BIG thank you to Father Paul who's words and prayers were offered to everyone - individuals, families, communities, ALL FAITHS - for the whole world!
• LOOKING AHEAD (week 2)
  Please make sure you read our LOOKING AHEAD (week 2) letter carefully because it is a BIG WELL DONE and KEEP GOING statement from St. Bernard's. There are a few tips also thrown in!
• A BIG WELL DONE - APPLAUDING THE CAUSE
  The whole NATION stood for a few minutes and APPLAUDED THE NHS CAUSE (and other VITAL KEY WORKING STAFF)

  Hopefully all of you will be spending time praying together every day and this is valuable time together as a spiritual unit.
• STAND UP and APPLAUD the CAUSE - 8pm
  A national salute takes place to honour the NHS staff working hard through the COVID-19 outbreak. In a gesture of appreciation to frontline personnel, people across the nation have been invited to join a mass round of applause from their homes.
• NATIONAL CHOIR - sing at home with GARETH MALONE
  Everyone likes to sing, sing, SING and lots of people sing in a choir but unfortunately due to the current situation, community choirs can't meet up! GARETH MALONE (national choir master and TV singing personality wants to MAKE A DIFFERENCE!).
• GET BUSY WITH IT!
  A few things to get your day off to a physical and spiritual start (with a little bit of fun in the middle!).
• NHS VOLUNTEER PROGRAMME
  The NHS are asking for help and so are the GOVERNMENT - they are looking for 250,000 HEALTH VOLUNTEERS. It's TIME to MAKE A DIFFERENCE and BE THE DIFFERENCE!
