• DANCE & BOOGIE to the BEAT - 9am ASSEMBLY 20/10/22
  TOMORROW our DANCE CLUB invite their parents to watch them PERFORM (Miss Fraser's dance troupe). If your child is in this GROUP, then you are most welcome to come along and attend, watch (join in!). It's THURSDAY 20th at 9am.
• PARKING ISSUES - PLEASE PARK WITH COURTESY
  PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PARK WITH CARE AND CAUTION. It's the RIGHT thing to do - it's the safest thing to do. We ask, ask, ask - please help us to help ALL the children.
• LAST FEW DAYS of SCHOOL TERM (Monday to Thursday)
  Children have a few more days in school till the end of the school term. NOTE THAT SCHOOL IS CLOSED ON FRIDAY 21st October because staff are on a training day, working with other local school establishments. SCHOOL CLOSED ON FRIDAY.
• PARENT CONSULTATION EVENTS - later this week
  It's all about your child, your child's work, your child's progress - it's about your child.
• OFSTED - we're MAKING a DIFFERENCE (and we want to show them)
  OFSTED are coming and visit our school on TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY. An inspector will be on the school site to talk to the children and staff, meet governors. It's a check on how we're doing as a school. We are very much looking forward to it!
• AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS TODAY - cancelled MONDAY 17th October
  Apologies but we have had to cancel the school clubs that were due to take place today. Please pick your child up at the NORMAL TIME.
• ALTON CASTLE Y6 - return at 4pm today
  We have just received notification that the Alton Castle coach is slightly delayed - expected time of arrival is now 4pm.
• WEEKLY ATTENDANCE NEWS and STATS - keeping you in the know
  Your child's attendance MATTERS. It's JUST SO IMPORTANT. Again, we have posted KEY LETTERS to parents this week if your child's attendance is starting to be a noted issue of concern.
• JUST ONE MORE TREE CAMPAIGN - non-uniform day in school FRIDAY
  A reminder that children can wear NON-UNIFORM tomorrow, FRIDAY 14th October. It's a very special £1 donation day.
• BRILLIANT SECOND DAY at ALTON CASTLE - Y6 STARS
  Another long day AT ALTON CASTLE - action all the way with a variety of CHALLENGING activities. The children will soon be celebrating MASS together as part of the St. Bernard's family, in the spiritual setting of Alton Castle St. John The Baptist Church.
