Normal service resumes on Monday 6th October at St. Bernard's Catholic Primary School. Once again parents, thank you for your understanding regarding today's emergency closure.
Engineers have been on the school site today and we are pleased to report they have rectified the issue.
School has been without heating, hot water, and kitchen cooking facilities today but now everything is fixed and ready to go for next week.
Again, we can only thank you for your patience, understanding, and cooperation.
Always an extremely difficult decision to close a school but the health and safety of the pupils, staff, and school visitors has to take priority.
