Dear parents,

We are delighted that the Summer Fair will be returning to St Bernard’s again this year! There are a few things happening in the run up that we need your help with to ensure that it can be as successful and exciting as it can be.

Non-Uniform Days

On Friday 20th June, the children may come to school in their own clothes, and we ask that each child brings in an item for their year groups hamper. A hamper list is below so you can find out what colour theme your child’s year group has; any item of that colour will be accepted. Hampers will then put into a raffle at the Summer Fair.

Reception – Red

Yr 1 – Yellow

Yr 2 – Pink

Yr 3 – Green

Yr 5 – Purple

Yr 6 – Blue

Year 4 will be taking part in the non-uniform day on Monday 23rd June due to Tamworth Castle Trip on Friday 20th.

Yr 4 – Orange

On Friday 27th June, the children can once again come in their own clothes. On this day we ask that children in:

Reception bring in some cakes

Years 1, 2 and 3 bring in some chocolate to go in our Chocolate Tombola

Years 4, 5 and 6 bring in a bottle for our Bottle Tombola.

Volunteers

The summer fair is such a fun event to be involved in and the more volunteers we have, the better we can make it! If anyone can spare some time to help set up, run a stall, or clear away on the day your help would be very much appreciated. Simply leave your name and a contact number at the school office.
