We had some parents/PTA volunteers tidy up our school PRAYER GARDEN recently. The volunteers spent time this week MAKING A DIFFERENCE to the garden - it certainly needed a little intervention and TLC.
A school prayer garden should be a beautiful space created with the purpose of peace.
With better weather returning to our school shores this summer 2023, we are aiming to make our prayer garden a space that becomes an area children can go to pray, meditate, find peace, or simply relax. Our prayer garden is for everyone.
It will be a place where individuals, small groups of children, whole classes can visit. We have celebrated Mass and liturgy in the prayer garden previously...we want this to continue.
Thank you to our school VOLUNTEERS - quietly making a spiritual difference to our faith environment.
