Our kitchen colleague, Mrs. Caroline Costello, has been serving up a daily dinner TREAT time and time and time and time and time again. BEHIND THE BUSY SCHOOL SCENES she has served up scrumptious delights, always with a smile and gentle manner.
Today we say FAREWELL and THANK YOU.
22 years is a very long time and the dedicated kitchen team have now lost one of their crew. It is a day of mixed emotions for them all as they sail off into the easter holiday.
We will miss Mrs. Costello's individual mastery of flavour, cooking techniques and chef personality.
GOODBYE Mrs. C...keep serving up those delicious treats!
