WOW! What a memorable day at St. Bernard's - one that will go down in PANTO legend. The children (EVERY SINGLE CHILD IN SCHOOL) experienced the world of theatre today - it was a FANTASTIC experience. Reception and Year 1 loved their Riverside show.
Year 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 also had a wonderful PANTO experience this morning because they shouted, screamed, laughed, and even danced their way through BEAUTY and the 'BETTY' BEAST at The Core Theatre in Solihull. Magical theatrical morning!
Mr. Breslin skipped onto the main stage and put on an amazing performance of true wit. Mr. Dalzell rushed on the main stage and proved a true acting pro. Mrs Humphreys then suddenly appeared (as if by magic!) and was roundly applauded for her acting skills - WHAT A DAY! The children absolutely loved it!
To round the day off, the children watched a wonderful 'live performance' this afternoon from St. Bernard's BRASS BAND (Y5 and Y6) in the school hall - well done children. Thank you to parents for coming along to support.
