This week, as part of our partnership with the Authority and Spotlight on Attendance drive, we are focusing on ATTENDANCE issues and some parents might be receiving correspondence in the post if attendance has been flagged up.

These letters are meant to inform you of your child's current attendance. Please read them carefully because the statistics give you a clear picture of attendance patterns for your child.

There might be a perfectly legitimate reason for non-attendance (serious ongoing medical or illness issues for a child - this should ALWAYS be backed up with medical evidence from a professional). It is still GOOD to be PUT IN THE ATTENDANCE PICTURE HOWEVER.
